Are you a passionate, skilled, and disciplined recent graduate or university finalist eager to gain hands-on experience and jump-start your career? Nextel Systems Ltd is offering a 3-month internship program designed to nurture ambitious self-starters, with a clear pathway to full-time employment.  We conduct our internship programs twice a year, aligned with Ugandan university recess and holiday periods — December to February and May to July — providing students and recent graduates with meaningful professional exposure during their long breaks.

Available Internship Positions

We are seeking motivated candidates to fill the following entry-level internship positions:

✅ Software Engineer
✅ Web Programmer (WordPress)
✅ Graphics & Animation Designer
✅ Content Marketing & SEO Specialist
✅ Technical Sales Associate
✅ Cashier & Stock Clerk
✅ Administrative Assistant / Exective Assiatant

Internship Details

Duration: 3 Months (December–February or May–July, every year)
Work Locations:

• Muyenga, Kampala, Uganda – Central Office
• Kasimoni Business Center, along Kampala–Hoima Highway, Kyankwanzi District, Uganda – Mid-West Office

Priority: Candidates who are flexible and willing to be deployed at our Mid-West Office will be given first consideration.
Transition Opportunity: Top-performing interns will be offered full-time employment upon successful completion of the program.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should demonstrate:

✔️ A degree (or pending transcript) from a recognized Ugandan university
✔️ Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic work environment
✔️ Availability during the internship period (December–February or May–July)
